Community Services

SCAN's Community Services Programs exist to connect children and families to resources in our community. Community Services includes programs such as: Counseling Services, Daybreak Crisis Homes, Family Resource Centers, Healthy Families, High Conflict Services, Local Prevention Partnerships, Parenting Classes, PCA Councils, and Prevention Education.

Family Connections

Finding new ways for families to move forward in the best interest of the children. Family Connections includes programs such as: Conflict Resolution, Counseling Services, High Conflict Services, Home Life Evaluation, Parenting Classes, and Supervised Visitation.

Intervention Services

In Intervention Services, SCAN staff members work to engage with families and walk with them as they tackle life's challenges. Intervention Services includes programs such as: Community Partners, Clinical Services, Family Preservation Services, Fatherhood Engagement, Home-Based Case Management, Homemaker Services, and Supervised Visitation.
