SCAN, in partnership with Biggs Property Management and SAFY (Special Alternatives for Families and Youth) hosted the ribbon cutting and open house for The Courtyard, a housing complex for youth who are entering adulthood without significant support, aging out of foster care, or are at risk of becoming homeless.
