Finding Strength From Within

Impact Story | Abby was a victim of domestic violence. The abuse finally reached a point where her six-year-old little boy was removed from the home. Abby had to make a decision for her safety and the well-being of her son. She decided to separate from her husband and began dedicating herself to SCAN's Domestic Violence services.

With time, she demonstrated her persistence to be unified with her son. Within a year, Abby was officially reunified with her son and ready to move forward with her lessons learned.
